Partner Summit 2025 was a weekend-long event held in San Antonio, Texas and brought together Donor Egg Bank USA's clinical partners to share best practices, explore the latest advancements in fertility treatment, and strengthen the relationships that help more families achieve their goal of parenthood.

As the lead designer, I developed the event's look and feel by drawing inspiration from the cultural richness and colors of the event location, while aligning with the organization’s brand. The marketing team gravitated towards the traditional paper cutting decoration of Concept 1. This visual identity was expanded across all event touchpoints — print materials, name badges, signage, and digital assets for presentations and on-screen displays.
